1. Professional Web Services
Akash Mishra provides custom web development services including full stack application development, Laravel backends, static HTML5 site construction, API integration, database configuration, and responsive UI optimization.
2. Project Quotations & Delivery Milestones
All project scope, deliverables, timeline estimates, and milestones are outlined in individual project proposals prior to project commencement.
- Deliverables are tested across modern desktop and mobile viewports before final hand-off.
- Source code and assets are transferred upon completion of agreed milestone payments.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of agreed project fees, clients receive full ownership and rights to the custom application code created specifically for their project. Pre-existing open source libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with professional care and industry standard best practices. Akash Mishra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party server outages beyond direct code delivery scope.
